Local radio can include competitor ads and unpredictable content - and most consumer streaming accounts are intended for personal use, not in-store playback. In-Store Radio is licensed for business use and curated to keep your store’s atmosphere on-brand.

What kind of music will play in my store?

You’ll have access to a fully licensed library of popular music. Choose from professionally curated stations or blend genres into a custom mix that fits your store and customers.

Can I customize the music and messages?

Yes. You control your music mix and can schedule store announcements, promotions, and vendor advertising through your dashboard.

What do I need to start using the service?

An internet connection and a way to connect into your store’s audio system (speakers/PA). If you’d like, we can provide a dedicated player that arrives pre-configured and ready to plug in.

Do I need to already have speakers or a sound system?

Not necessarily. We don’t sell speakers, but we can recommend a setup for your space and help connect you with an installer if needed.

How long does setup take?

Most stores are up and running in minutes once the player is connected. If your audio setup is more complex (multiple zones, paging integration, etc.), we’ll guide you through the best approach.

How much does the service cost?

Pricing is $40 per store, per month. Many locations can offset some or all of the monthly cost through vendor advertising/credits - request a quick consult and we’ll explain what your store may qualify for.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Service is month-to-month, and you can cancel at any time.

What if I own more than one store?

You can manage multiple locations from one login. Each store can have its own music mix, messages, and schedule.
